A FEW IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT OUR LEATHER
- We use locally sourced 2-3mm vegetable oak-tanned cow leather or sheep leather. Every piece of leather absorbs dye differently.
- All processes are done by hand including hand-painting and hand-stitching.
- All edges are burnished/finished.
- The leather softness level of our products is medium.
- Our leather ages very well with daily use and will soften over time. Your leather product is designed to last a lifetime and age gracefully along the way.
- As is the nature of leather, your product may appear slightly different from the product shown in the images. Natural variances occur.
- When you receive your item, the leather may be a bit stiff. In time, the leather will soften. Our leather ages very well with daily use.
- Avoid leaving your leather cover or accessory in direct sunlight.
Blue or purple colors are the most susceptible to fading.

Returns & Refunds

Free returns for full-price purchases if something is not quite right, and returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us by email at vintagecenturymarketing@gmail.com to arrange the shipping.

We are unable to process returns or exchanges for all final sale products in-store nor online.

To exchange the product in-store, please return the item if you wish to exchange in-store and provide your order number or receipt within 14 days of purchase.

Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

HOW TO CLEAN AND CONDITION LEATHER
The only thing you need to take care of your product is to use neatsfoot oil or olive oil.
- Using a clean, slightly damp cloth, gently wipe down your leather to remove any visible grim or dirt so nothing gets caught in the leather pores (this is particularly important for older, much-loved leather goods).
- Allow to air-dry. Do not dry using external sources of heat like ovens or hair dryers.
- Start with a small, fingernail-sized amount of oil or leather balm in the palm of your hand, on a plate, or dabbed on a clean, dry cloth. This will allow you to monitor how the leather responds. You can always add more, bit by bit.
- Test small amount on a hidden patch of leather to preview results. Using your hand, you can start gently rubbing the oil into the leather using a circular motion. You can also use a clean, dry cotton cloth by dabbing the cloth in the oil and gently rubbing it over the leather in a circular motion.
- The leather will start to absorb the oil or balm immediately. The appearance may initially darken, but over the next 24 hours, it will return to its natural state.
