Shipping Policy

• Free worldwide express shipping — delivery in 3-6 working days.
• For customers located in Bali, delivery is available via local courier service with a 1-day process.
• For other locations within Indonesia, delivery takes 3 working days.
• You may be required to pay additional fees such as VAT and customs duties in order to receive your order.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link and tracking code.

Returns & Refunds

• Free returns for full-price purchases if something is not quite right, and returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us by email at vintagecenturymarketing@gmail.com to arrange the shipping.
• We are unable to process returns or exchanges for all final sale products in-store nor online.
• Either returns or refunds only apply for unworn and unwashed items.
• To exchange the product in-store, please return the item if you wish to exchange in-store and provide your order number or receipt within 14 days of purchase.
• Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
• When the returned item has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
• The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.
