- Free worldwide express shipping — delivery in 3-6 working days.
- For customers located in Bali, delivery is available via local courier service with a 1-day process.
- For other locations within Indonesia, delivery takes 3 working days.
- You may be required to pay additional fees such as VAT and customs duties in order to receive your order.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link and tracking code.
Returns & Refunds
- Free returns for full-price purchases if something is not quite right, and returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us by email at vintagecenturymarketing@gmail.com to arrange the shipping.
- We are unable to process returns or exchanges for all final sale products in-store nor online.
- Either returns or refunds only apply for unworn and unwashed items.
- To exchange the product in-store, please return the item if you wish to exchange in-store and provide your order number or receipt within 14 days of purchase.
- Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
- When the returned item has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
